Call For Papers

Outline

Participants wishing to make a presentation on the results of their recent research are cordially invited to submit online a 300-word abstract and a graphical abstract in English no later than 31 May, 2011.
All submitted papers will be reviewed and the paper acceptance notification will be sent to the authors by the middle of August 2011.

Submission:
Only via on-line. Neither fax nor e-mail submissions will be accepted.
Form:
Prepare an abstract and a graphical abstract in Microsoft Word for Windows format.
When you make an abstract, be sure to download and use the abstract templates.

Instructions for Preparing Abstracts

  1. The on-line system can only accept MS Word format. Other formats will not be accepted.
  2. The allotted space for the contributed abstract is a one page.
  3. The text should be typed with single line spacing, using 11pt. Times, Times New Roman, or Symbol font for α, β, μ, etc.
  4. The abstract should be written in English and required to have the following structure;
    1. Title starting from the top left.
    2. List of authors (first name, middle initial, and family name). The presenting author's name should be underlined and indicated by bold face.
    3. Affiliations; department/institution, city, zip code, country of all authors. Superscripted numbers should be used to identify which author is affiliated with which institution.
    4. Abstract (up to 300 words)
    5. If necessary, tables, illustrations and monotone photographs may be digitized and pasted within the space.
  5. The graphical abstract should be also written in English and required to have the following structure in the frame (5cm x 17cm);
    1. Title starting from the top left.
    2. List of authors. The presenting author's name should be underlined and indicated by boldface. The name of the responsible author should be marked with asterisk (*).
    3. Affiliations; department/institution, country of all authors. Superscripted numbers should be used to identify which author is affiliated with which institution.
    4. Keywords (up to 5 keywords)
    5. A graphic which describes the essence of your paper.
  6. When you complete the abstract, save it in the name of the presenting author.
  7. Click "On-line Abstract Submission".
  8. Fill in the columns required on the abstract submission form, including appropriate topics category number chosen from the items described below which best expresses the contents of your abstract.
  9. Select the presentation type; oral, poster or either. However Program Committee reserves the right to reassign presentation as they deem appropriate.
  10. Attach your abstract at the last section of the form.
  11. Confirmation of receipt of abstract will be sent to the presenting author by e-mail.

When you submit your paper application online, please fill out the "Abstract Submission Form" and upload your abstract. You are also requested to choose the topics numbers applicable to your paper from among the items listed below.

When the submission is completed, you will receive your reference number in return by e-mail.

Notification of Acceptance

Notice of acceptance will be e-mailed by the middle of August 2011. Contributed papers will be presented as oral or poster presentation. Abstracts accepted for presentation will be printed and distributed to all participants during the Symposium.
