- All deadline dates are in Japan standard time (JST).
- All payments must be made in Japanese Yen.
*Students are required to show their student ID card at the on-site registration desk.
**The accompanying persons can attend the Welcome Reception free of charge. They are not allowed to attend any scientific sessions or the exhibition.
***The banquet fee is NOT included in the registration fee for delegates, students and accompanying persons.

Reply E-mail
After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in the following way:
- Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB)
- If you wish to pay by Bank transfer, please contact the Registration Office of AIMECS11.
Please note that online registration will accept only credit card.
Confirmation:
Upon receiving your application and payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail bearing your registration number. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Conference materials.
Cancellation
Cancellation is only possible if the Registration Office receives written notification.
